While you are in Nusa Dua, try the Nusa Dua Beach Grill - lovely location - fun to see the seaweed farm next door. Also...the Museum of the Pacific is well worth a visit.

That's a lot of questions! I'll limit my responses to Nusa Dua since most of the info you want is already on this blog/site--dig around a bit on your own first!

Travel time from the airport or to Kuta is at least 30 minutes by cab; if the hotel is picking you up, great--if not, there is a taxi stand with fixed prices on your right as you exit the airport--ignore the touts and transport-wallahs. Most of the hotels in ND "encourage" you to take their private cars rather than regular taxis (which are usually waiting nearby but unseen) which costs about double the standard taxi rate, and usually the payment is in US$. If it's raining hard, travel times increase a lot. If you are checking in at 2 pm I'd suggest just hanging around the hotel pool. Generally speaking, anything you eat/buy in ND is more expensive than anywhere else in Bali. That's why the area was developed--the object is to keep you there, nicely pampered!

My family and I will be traveling to Bali on April 7. We will be staying in Goodway Hotel in Nusa Dua. I just have some questions since it's our first time to go to Bali.

* How many minutes is the travel time from Denpasar Airport to Nusa Dua?
* Upon checking at the hotel (2:00PM), where is the best place to go?
* How many minutes drive from Nusa Dua to Kuta?
* What activities should we do in Bali?
* Where to go, eat, shop, relax, etc, in Bali?
* Where to get a tattoo in Bali? How much?

Please, give me suggestions and tips when in Bali (where to go, what to see, what to buy, fun activities, etc.).

THANK YOU SO MUCH!
