Hello and House wanted for one year

   Hello, I've just arrived in Bali with my partner for a year's stay. We're wanting to rent a 2-3 bedroom house for the year (until May
   2010). Fairly flexible about location, and would prefer with garden
   and pool. Have checked out the Advertiser and notices at Cafe Mocha
   but very few places seem to be on offer, apart from the luxury
   villas. Any tips on how/where else we might go about this? Budget of
   approx. 170 million rupiahs. Very much appreciate your help. Thanks and
