Help with Simpati prepaid SIm card in iPhones

   Hi I have just moved to Bali and purchased a pre-paid SIM card from Simpati for my iPhone. I can't
   get any signal and therefore make calls. Can anyone PLEASE advise how I can go about fixing this
   The SIM card works in my husbands Nokia Ok.

   Drop into the phone shop on the side of Bintang Supermarket. They are very helpful
