House in Bali from sept -10

   Hi. im coming to Bali this autum to stay for a couple of month. I have seen some houses that you can rent for about 80-50 mil/year.
   I also understand that you can get it cheeper if you rent directly from the locals? Around 8-15 mil/year?

   Therefore i like to get in contact with locals who rent out their houses. Anybody knows anything about this? Any good contacts for me?

   Im swedish by the way. Me and my wife have been to Bali many times and will now stay for a longer period of time. We also bring 2 children. 3 and 1 years old.

   Area? Sanur, Kuta, Seminiak and others. The bukit? everything will be considered.

   We too are planning an extended stay begining in August and are also interested in a rental in Candi Desa, Sanur, Seminyak, or Ubud areas.

   I am moving to Bali on 7th March and also looking to Lease a cheap house to 30 million IDR a year. Like something 15/20mins by motor bike from Bintang Shopping Centre which is near where I will be teaching English. Like self contained 2 bedroom house, western shower/toilet. Small yard, private. Furnished or partly furnished. Air con or able to install at my cost. For visa purposes,require 12 months Lease payable Quarterly, Half yearly or Yearly.
