Seeking a house to lease in September....

   Hi,
   I'm looking for a 2-3 bedroom house to rent for at least 6 months.
   I am happy to live in Jimbaran, Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Legian. I would love a little garden and at least one western bathroom. Must be clean with a sense of privacy. I have been searching online and can't seem to find anything in my price range ($2500). I arrive in Bali on the 17th of September and would much appreciate any help such as links, friends of friends etc. I know cheap house leases exist, it would be fantastic to organise this before I arrive in Bali...
