In November 2009 the govenor of Bali decreed a minimum wage standard for workers in Bali. In January 2010 there was a wage rise.
The lowest LEGAL minimum wage for a full time worker is now 829,316 per month.

Of course, many people are paid less than that, but not legally. Many are also paid more than that, and with additional benefits like medical, housing etc.
Also, you need to factor in that workers also receive an additional month's pay each year for their major religious festival.
Bottom line, you should also consider what you think is fair in terms of hours worked, and whether someone can 'live' on what you are paying them. If your business is in an area of Bali where housing and the cost of living is more expensive, you will need to pay more - otherwise the worker will not be able to afford to work for you. The rate above is a minimum. so think about it in terms of minimum wage in your country and whether you could live on minimum wage at home, and what it would mean if you had to.
Indonesians work a 6 day week, but that shouldn't translate into 48 hours (6 x 8). Hours of work also need to be fair. In general workers get 2 weeks annual leave. Paid sick leave is negotiable.
